Club Rental:
Our fully heated and air conditioned 1200 ft lounge can be rented for meetings, showers, engagement parties, birthdays, weddings, family gatherings or any other event.
- Space accommodates seating for up to 84 people for a meeting (chairs only)
- For seated meals with tables, we can accommodate 48 comfortably (max 64)
- Ice rental is available as well for individuals, companies, and organizations for two hours games or an entire day for a private bonspiel (mid-October through March, based on availability).
- We can provide curling instruction if needed and even help you run your bonspiel. No experience is required.
- Lounge rental availability is limited during the curling season.
- Large commercial kitchen (2 ovens, 6 burner stove top, microwave, fridge, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, mugs, glassware, commercial dishwasher, coffee machine, kettles, and a serving counter to the main hall)
- Liquor licensed facility
- Fully stocked bar of liquor, beer, and wine (available at extra cost, pricing available upon request)
- Bartenders (smart serve) provided (mandatory with bar services)
- Men’s and lady’s restrooms in the lower level. (Please note there are 5 stairs up to the main hall and a flight of stairs to the lower level. Unfortunately, we are not handicap accessible)
- Large screen TV with HDMI inputs available for video presentations
- Wifi available
- Non-smoking facility

- Rental fees as listed below are effective April 1, 2023 and are subject to change at the Board’s discretion.
- All prices are subject to 13% H.S.T. Facility is available all year, but availability is limited during curling season from mid-October through March.
